1. PUBLISH ENEMY PERSONAL INFORMATION? Publish personal information of enemy agents and those the enemy might use to harm people. EG. Addresses of residences, vehicle information (license plate numbers, make of vehicles, pictures of the vehicle, etc.). Some examples might be police, military, intelligence agency employees, rubber stamping puppet (s)elected representatives and bureaucrats, etc. This should be done in a gentle, lawful way. As a reminder for them to carefully think twice before blindly following orders to harm humanity. Perhaps publish this information both online and in paper, posters strategically placed, etc.?
2. OPTIMIZE RESOURCES AND AVOID MOBS? Avoid the mob demonstrations and violence Schwab said he was planning for. Instead, question the leaders of the mobs. Could they be controlled opposition installed by and working for the enemy? Instead of useless failure prone massive mobs at public places, consider strategically redistributing the resources to places like the personal residences of the enemy, etc. IE. All those truckers, tractors, etc. in Canada, Holland, the US, etc. And what was accomplished? Who were the leaders? Why did the leaders never respond to my invitations to discuss strategic analysis and planning?
3. BE SKEPTICAL OF LEADERS AND DEMAND A VOICE? Always question any leader, and question their ideas. Perhaps split into smaller offline (no cell phones and no electronics nearby) groups of trusted people who participate in discussing the widest range of possible actions. Perhaps avoid leaders and pre packaged plans altogether? Brainstorm, innovate, adapt, improve. Strive to honor all in the group and not follow any leader, but, rather, all become leaders.
4. POSSIBLY WORK LONE WOLF, NO TECH OR MINIMAL TECH, NINJA STYLE? This comment will be kept lawful. There are many possibilities here, many are best explored offline, no cell phones nearby, alone or only in the presence of those who can be trusted. I will again repeat that we are doing everything possible here to avoid violence and this is not inciting or planning violence. It is a suggestion to try thinking of this and seeing how that shows that violence should be avoided at all costs. We will not allow enemy entrapment here.
5. LAWFULLY OCCUPY THE WEALTHY RESIDENCES OF THE ENEMY? Occupy Wall Street got forcefully shut down shortly after it started occupying the wealthy personal residences of the enemy. There are growing tent cities of the victims of the planned economic devastation caused by the enemy, filled with homeless people who a few short years ago had jobs, a place to live, etc. All "processed" into areas the enemy wants them to go. Maybe they might want to consider the merits of relocating to the closest viable mansions? Maybe the wealthy who are doing the bidding of the enemy might think twice if the occupation of their opulent residences continues to grow? Consider strategic analysis and planning and distribute the resources in the best possible way and avoid mobs. If/When the banks shut down and steal money, do not visit the bank buildings, but, rather, visit the residences of the criminals responsible?

I am hoping to discover solutions that stop the enemy's ability to harm humanity and the planet. Audacious, yes. Odds almost 0, yes. Yet, that is what I seek. But we can take what we can get. I agree it could be diversion, however all publicity is good publicity in the eyes of the PR professional. If it calls out even one Pharma company it can mitigate medical tyranny by raising the awareness in the public.

My experience is that most already know who their real root cause enemy is but just need to be reminded of it. This shows much about how the enemy works. For some of us it is a moral imperative to understand this and strategically plan how to counter it. I'm pretty sure this crew of puppets and entities like the WEF will be toast at the end of this 4th turning as well. I have decided that for me, speculating about who is at the top is a fool's errand. And I fully entertain the idea of aliens, angels/devils, or beings from another dimension for purely scientific reasons. Mainly because in the biology we inhabit, organisms, do not become toxic to themselves unless acted upon from outside of the environment. We are parts of a genome in which some elements are now toxic to our genome.
Are they aliens, or very sick humans? No way to know. Because I have never seen to my knowledge, a non, or other than a normal human being, in my 5 senses life, I have a working premise of very sick but highly intelligent in many ways, humans, at the top of everything, including the Fed.
So who is not important? What is important, is they have declared war on me and my kind for being fully functional in life, according to our perception. And I also know that according to the laws of energy governing this world, they have no power over me other than the power given to them.
The war machine used against us is funded by us, with money they give us which we pay back with interest, and which now grows less valuable each month. Why do we fund our own slow toxification? I think we have to stop the banks from printing and think through the ramifications of completely changing our economy and stopping the banks from printing, as we are getting people on board to crash their systems.
I think I agree with what you have said, at least to a large extent. As always nowadays, I think of it in terms of probabilities and possibilities.
In modeling any complex system, the more one knows about the system, generally, the better the model? The map is never the territory but, through careful creation of the best model possible, and then tuning that model so it matches "reality (whatever that is, another topic for discussion)" to the greatest extent possible, allows the modeler to optimize the usefulness of the model. We can ascertain some things about the enemy, but it keeps its very top cleverly obfuscated, some claim to know who or what is at the top, I commend them, but I am not convinced.
One model that often makes sense for me follows... A technologically advanced alien race is conducting lab rat type experiments on our planet. It knows the sun mini novas approximately every 12,000 years and has planned this latest round of experiments accordingly. This race gifts some humans with what they need to gain and retain control, but the control is not with the humans, rather, with the alien controllers. Humanity is being tested. If it cannot do what it takes to understand that it is being divided and conquered to participate in its own destruction, they it will be replaced with the trans humanist experimental model, all synchronized with the mini nova. This alien race has given us what we need to win this war, but, so far, we are failing, and we have not really figured it out. Our egos are getting in the way and we are showing we cannot work together in the ways required to achieve that aha experience and turn the tide. This is one of many models. It has several issues. But, usually, it is the one that makes most sense to me.
To me, there are some useful things that can be gained from this type of conversation.
For example, if the enemy is so powerful, why does the very top of its command chain not show itself? Perhaps the enemy has exploitable vulnerabilities? Perhaps, through discussion, we can work on attempting to discover what those vulnerabilities might be? Some ideas of enemy vulnerabilities that have surfaced so far are:
reliance on lies, reliance on compartmentalization, reliance on poisoning victims to destroy brain function and physical health, reliance on mind control. reliance on brain damage for control, reliance of bribes and threats to keep its controlled leaders on the short leash, overkill in its military expenditures, cowardice, selfishness, inability to understand complex system optimization fundamentals (when a parasitic load extracts resources from the system, that system will run at a sub par level compared to a better, more coherent design), etc. One suggestion was to poke fun at the enemy so people quit calling its upper level useful idiot minions "elites" and maybe use something like South Park slander against them, much like what South Park did to Saddam. We all give the enemy's upper levels too much respect. I call them [d]elites instead to clearly show disrespect.

I cannot stop doing this type of thing with all predictions. In the simulation engineering projects, we discovered it was best to always do this. But most quit doing it after work, went home, and continued to run their lives differently after work was done.
A chess analogy is somewhat relevant? Two equally intelligent players. One only considers on possibility and plays that way. The other considers several possibilities and simulates all of them. Which player wins?
1. Completely powerless to enforce globalism in any presently identifiable, publicly confirmable, significantly enforceable form. The worlds govt treasuries will be broke, relative to their legal expenditure requirements. There will be a war in governments for legal authority over scarce treasury resources.
This leads us to number 2, with this rephrasing. Somewhat powerless, but retain a potentially significant amount of their powers, enough to possibly avoid justice, and potentially regain the initiative.
They are not the richest 1^ for nothing. We can assume they own an enforceable majority of the world's assets, and they will be able to use assets to protect assets as the former system crashes and we try frantically to build a constitutional wealth-based economy while mitigating economic crash chaos. As national govt wars result over scarce assets, insiders will seek to protect themselves through the usual tried and tested bribery, and other mercenary means, to protect themselves and their assets. In as much as they are able to influence national governments, they will have the potential to regain global initiative.
In the U.S. we have an advantage. If we can project power from the counties in a significant number of states and regions, we can project power into and from the states, and the Federal government cannot effectively act, even in our present system, without the cooperation of the states.
If they gain the initiative, then we move to questions 3 and 4. If they regain the initiative there will be other possibilities to consider.in question 5. Right now for me, these are the fundamental possibilities. But there are always miracles, and if people begin thinking along a certain line and acting in accordance, it could set off a chain of spontaneous, and organizable events offering other possibilities.

Hi Larry and others, here's just a couple of minor thoughts. Would you ever reconsider the term 1%? (coined during Occupy Wall Street?). I think this term implies the top 1% wealthiest individuals, not every one of which is presumably the enemy of humanity just by virtue of being wealthy. Also, is it 1%, or is it maybe more like 0.01% comprising this cabal of warlocks at the top of the pyramid? I really don't know! Secondly, if we have problems, then we can find solutions. However, if we're in a predicament, then there is no fix. Falling off a cliff is a predicament. You can try and adapt to the situation but there is no remedy to the fact that you're falling off the cliff. It appears that we are being pushed into a war/disease/famine cycle that we must adapt to the best that we can. As you mentioned previously, we're being decimated and X % of the population doesn't even know there is a problem. I don't say this to extinguish optimism, but rather to realistically wrap our heads around the current situation. Am I being too bleak?

Perhaps the enemy has brainwashed some of us into believing that merely thinking about something negative causes it to happen? Perhaps it has succeeded in a clever shell game subconscious manipulation doing that? The inventor invents the airplane and takes risks. But before the airplane is rolled out for more widespread use, people need to make it safer by planning for and ensuring that the worst things do not happen? Did those who saw the iceberg on the Titanic and tried to warn the others cause the ship to sink? I doubt it. If somebody with influence had spoke up like you have maybe the Titanic would have taken more care to avoid icebergs, had enough lifeboats, etc.?
As an engineer, I learned to consider the entire range of possibilities. Work for the best. Work to anticipate and prevent the worst. Plan for the entire range with the most focus on the most likely. Try to move the most likely toward the best. This task we are trying to accomplish is much more urgent, important, and challenging than anything I faced in engineering. I am doing my best to try to translate what I learned to this, but hope you will help out with more suggestions.

Yes, language is tricky. Is it "the elites"? Don't like that term either for some reason. Is it the Rothschilds (who never seem to have a first name, just the last)? The Deep State? At any rate, I don't perceive them as some kind of omnipotent entity that is toying with us on their 4D chess board. I suspect the current paradigm might be better explained as spinning into utter chaos while those in charge fumble to keep their 'rules based order' intact. They NEED those resources that the pesky Russians are sitting on.
It appears that our enemy has also weaponized and rigged language to its advantage? Perhaps we can define a new unique term for them, clearly define it here, and use it here, then publish it to the world, so we are explicit and quit playing the time wasting ambiguous shell games they try to force us into? For each person or representative group- define what does a brilliant future look like? How does it show up? Eg what would you be thinking feeling seeing and doing?
2. time is non linear and all time states including past present and future occur simultaneously in mathematics. Therefore if point 1 is integrated into individual consciousness, this will resolve as individual positive actions that support both the future and manifest in the now
3. If enough people manifest future oriented actions in the now, it influences the masses perceptions and actions - eg 100 monkeys
4. The past is not objective. It is subjective based on our perception and the lens we use. Past experiences and beliefs help shape the individuals actions in the now. How might we shape a consciousness that is devoid of the guilt and blame that feeds the changes sought by unelected change makers?

Author, The Agency you mention, surprisingly is in their own little oblivious world. They are so compartmentalized. If anyone does read it, it will be over looked because the GS 14 will go home and watch TV at 4:30 pm and forget about it. There are limits to what one can do online. I have now wife, no dependents, am old, health issues, and consider myself expendable. There is nothing they can do to me that is worse than the pain of doing nothing. If online suicide is called for, I think I know how to do it, hopefully after careful strategic analysis and planning.
I can and will not be coerced and framed. But I could be removed and replaced. Therefore, I recommend that you and others continue to be skeptical of all that occurs here and carry on no matter what.
Good note about the diversion the enemy is throwing at us. Why have they delayed their end game? Are they just toying with their kill, torturing it before finishing it off? I have read quite a few of the comments on your threads and see that most of the logical actions have been thoroughly discussed already.
When I heard that the recent WEF conference at Davos was poorly attended I had the distinct feeling that the edifice of control is crumbling as we type. The unipolar world has failed again. Now there will be a period of absolute chaos while the enemy thrashes around in its death throes and those who seek a multipolar world gather strength.
I suspect that the multipolar world will be JUST as totalitarian and dangerous because, if you look at the policies, they still centre around the UN and Agenda 21.
The UN is not the benign creature it was cracked up to be.

Hi Larry.....and thanks for asking me to come! I've read through your ideas and many of the comments below. I have been following these recent events and the building up of them over the last few years since 2016. But my real journey and beginnings of my research and questioning of what is really going on began back in the 70's. Much of what I felt and believed back then is now manifesting. And is quite sickening. But.. . It is what it is and we must look at it, experience it and deal with it. My overall take has not changed, specifically since Trump took office in 2016. That being that the 'system' itself is corrupt and failed and can not be saved...nor should it. Especially when someone else that has been comprimised will surely take the place of the last rat that had and held a position of power within this system. Money, bribery, blackmail and the threat to family, life and freedom are used to get a certain individual, organization, or other entity to do their bidding. What we are watching transpire right now is what has been called and I believe truly is a Great Awakening. Normies, people who have been indoctrinated, brainwashed, etc. are actually waking up. This is happening due to the amount of truthful information that is actually breaking through their walled censureship that they thought was installed and a failsafe for them. The information is out there if you look for it and let it in.
Another of the things that has not changed over these last few years has been that it is going to take something more than just we the people to accomplish this. We will need the military. And to stay intune...centered, awake and aware means staying and being present in this moment....the NOW. We can not let what we see, what we are told, what we think we might know or anything of the future or the past keep us from this moment. Only in the moment you are in right this second...is the only place you can be present and experience....gain access to the Presence within. In truth....this planet and everything we have, see and have made is unreal and will come to pass, even our bodies. They do not want you to...Know thyself! The Presence within. So...my position at this time is....push the Truth out there and speak to people of the truth so we can propel the Great Awakening to millions if not billions of people on this planet. As they awake....and see the truth....and realize the lies that have been told....not just about Covid and the jab...but everything from quite a ways back, will infuriate the people to the point of....well, fill in the blanks! There are presently 2 militaries in the U.S. The two are interactive at various levels, and this interaction is observable in many agencies in the govt, which rely on objective information from people with security clearances, who may not agree with that agency's political objectives. But some of these people, although pledged to secrecy on many levels can openly speak out on preparing for the eventual slave system, though they may use other terms. John Hollerman is an example.
The two militaries are active military and vets. Many inactive vets, still hold security clearances at different levels, and publicly honor them. Some vets and active military still hold out hope that the system will come to its senses. But a majority of vets, inherently now mistrust the system and significant numbers of them work with active vets to defend the Constitution, by any means workable in any moment or long range. that has a reasonable probability for success. So we have an audience for your military strategy, which offers the potential for forming a plan. A working group, both monitored by the NSA, and alluding monitoring as well. It's a tight game in there. If you or this forum can form meaningful connection(s) to elements of the Constitution-minded military active and inactive forces, your plan will gain traction. You will also gain additional NSA-style scrutiny as a matter of course. My guess or question is if the constitutional military is encouraged to act on your plan which poses dangers, but solves more survival problems more painlessly, our problem,, or the question becomes if they do act, will we have the security clearance to know? So to speak. We will most likely find it in the body language of events, not in direct confirmation, on the usual system-controlled platforms. It will be difficult to coordinate. So. What's a mother to do?
The idea you present is essential to our best position in an economic reset. The NSA, you me, and the kid next door listening in now know that any military alignment outside of system objectives is a danger to the system. We must then use our inherent strengths, against their weaknesses in nature to our advantage in this situation.
We have a great unified strength on our side with what can best be termed a dedication to Constitutional order. This is a natural strength that works against their weakness because most of their operatives, politicians, and those who fund them in positions of significance, have pledged an oath to the constitution. All politician and the banking interests that fund them, tie their public political policies on some level to the governing of constitutional rights. If they make the mistake of disavowing the constitution too soon, it will interfere with their overall public narrative. It risks triggering premature dissent, when what they want while they complete the economic crash is compliance and majority trust in the system, to avoid resistance before and during the collapse and subsequent institution of the formal conditions of slavery in the new technocratic caste system of environmental justice, rights, and privileges.
So strategically, the constitution is a safe word for public discourse on military matters on available platforms. It can favor our side, commensurate with the public understanding of it. It is a battleground word. It is actively searched by NSA.
Our inability to strategize directly with constitutional military forces as we define them energizes our
inherent ability to improvise, because of the strong inherent natural law alignment, which is the foundation for the constitution. Our enemy in observable ways seeks to control or replace the natural order of things, believing their power to disrupt temporarily. equates with eternal power. This is the nature of their weakness and the foundation of our strength. If we can't communicate clearly together on other than known available platforms it introduces a factor of the Unknown, or God into their plan. This is our second core advantage. they fear God, we do not. We explore God and discover the truth. We can operate outside of system-controlled communication by analyzing our primary objective of constitutional order, to decide what we need to do, to help those in the constitutional military in other ways as well as safe public discourse.
Our first common objective is to generate the capacity to receive from the unknown, our instructions, based on our level of understanding of constitutional order How can we aid each other beyond public communication on a coordinated strategy, and build our capacity to defend the constitution? We must find a strategy. My strategy is to optimize the alignment of the people, who believe in the constitution with each other to build a foundation for tactics to align with the constitutional military and increase our capacity to act. We need a tactical issue or issues that expose, and engender natural, instinctual disloyalty to the system, exposing constitutional criminality. This is a nonviolent tactic to increase capacity. My tactic is to stop the central banks, which then causes all existing institutionalized problems like vote fraud, covid, Ukraine, etc, to cease. But the issue we are looking for is the one that best helps the constitutional military forces achieve their strategy and mitigate tactics.
If not a primary strategy, a significant element in their strategy would seem to be to integrate as quickly with the population, under constitutional order in an emergency. This allows more resources to be used in enforcing borders and gathering information from government files useful to civilian constitutional governments to establish order in States and localities. It mitigates the need to devote resources to the enforcement of martial law, which could pose distrust for constitutional defenders during an emergency and the need to seize strategic objectives by tactical force.
Active military loyalty to the constitution is a consideration. The military is paid and expenditures are funded in Federal Reserve Petrodollars, tied to our oil defense treaty with OPEC, which underpins the US dollar as the world's currency. A primary objective of the U.S., military high command is to protect the US dollar as the world's currency, or a currency recognized as the world's currency by US and OPEC treaty signers and global supporters, and defend the political interests of those who own and issue the dollar. Active military, not specifically loyal to the constitution, will be loyal, knowingly or unknowingly by treaty, to any iteration of the Petrodollar, they will trust the investment interests that issue it, to pay them to fight.
The degree to which those in and out of the active military understand the nature of this active military loyalty issue, the better our chances of successful alignment. I think.
Your concept is essential because, just as economic collapse is inevitable, military intervention is inevitable after a collapse. Whether the military can be effective in defending the constitutional order to the degree necessary to rise up against established order publicly and defend against foreign investment influence, and undermine the crash, requires us to provide a constitutional publicly trusted force for them to align and constitutionalize with before the crash. Historically speaking, the leaders who usher in a war/disease/famine cycle are often dead and gone at the end, when all the carnage is done. I'm pretty sure this crew of puppets and entities like the WEF will be toast at the end of this 4th turning as well. I have decided that for me, speculating about who is at the top is a fool's errand. And I fully entertain the idea of aliens, angels/devils, or beings from another dimension for purely scientific reasons. Mainly because in the biology we inhabit, organisms, do not become toxic to themselves unless acted upon from outside of the environment. We are parts of a genome in which some elements are now toxic to our genome.
Are they aliens, or very sick humans? No way to know. Because I have never seen to my knowledge, a non, or other than a normal human being, in my 5 senses life, I have a working premise of very sick but highly intelligent in many ways, humans, at the top of everything, including the Fed.
So who is not important? What is important, is they have declared war on me and my kind for being fully functional in life, according to our perception. And I also know that according to the laws of energy governing this world, they have no power over me other than the power given to them.
The war machine used against us is funded by us, with money they give us which we pay back with interest, and which now grows less valuable each month. Why do we fund our own slow toxification? I think we have to stop the banks from printing and think through the ramifications of completely changing our economy and stopping the banks from printing, as we are getting people on board to crash their systems.
I think I agree with what you have said, at least to a large extent. As always nowadays, I think of it in terms of probabilities and possibilities.
In modeling any complex system, the more one knows about the system, generally, the better the model? The map is never the territory but, through careful creation of the best model possible, and then tuning that model so it matches "reality (whatever that is, another topic for discussion)" to the greatest extent possible, allows the modeler to optimize the usefulness of the model. We can ascertain some things about the enemy, but it keeps its very top cleverly obfuscated, some claim to know who or what is at the top, I commend them, but I am not convinced.
One model that often makes sense for me follows... A technologically advanced alien race is conducting lab rat type experiments on our planet. It knows the sun mini novas approximately every 12,000 years and has planned this latest round of experiments accordingly. This race gifts some humans with what they need to gain and retain control, but the control is not with the humans, rather, with the alien controllers. Humanity is being tested. If it cannot do what it takes to understand that it is being divided and conquered to participate in its own destruction, they it will be replaced with the trans humanist experimental model, all synchronized with the mini nova. This alien race has given us what we need to win this war, but, so far, we are failing, and we have not really figured it out. Our egos are getting in the way and we are showing we cannot work together in the ways required to achieve that aha experience and turn the tide. This is one of many models. It has several issues. But, usually, it is the one that makes most sense to me.
To me, there are some useful things that can be gained from this type of conversation.
For example, if the enemy is so powerful, why does the very top of its command chain not show itself? Perhaps the enemy has exploitable vulnerabilities? Perhaps, through discussion, we can work on attempting to discover what those vulnerabilities might be? Some ideas of enemy vulnerabilities that have surfaced so far are:
reliance on lies, reliance on compartmentalization, reliance on poisoning victims to destroy brain function and physical health, reliance on mind control. reliance on brain damage for control, reliance of bribes and threats to keep its controlled leaders on the short leash, overkill in its military expenditures, cowardice, selfishness, inability to understand complex system optimization fundamentals (when a parasitic load extracts resources from the system, that system will run at a sub par level compared to a better, more coherent design), etc. One suggestion was to poke fun at the enemy so people quit calling its upper level useful idiot minions "elites" and maybe use something like South Park slander against them, much like what South Park did to Saddam. We all give the enemy's upper levels too much respect. I call them [d]elites instead to clearly show disrespect.
And another answer. To the participants I have invited that work for the NSA, other intelligence agencies, Russian intelligence agencies, UK, etc... Why don't you help us out here and look into TaxDonkey's question? Aren't you really the only ones who might be able to answer that question? Welcome. I cannot stop doing this type of thing with all predictions. In the simulation engineering projects, we discovered it was best to always do this. But most quit doing it after work, went home, and continued to run their lives differently after work was done.
A chess analogy is somewhat relevant? Two equally intelligent players. One only considers on possibility and plays that way. The other considers several possibilities and simulates all of them. Which player wins?
I would say 1, and 2. With these specifics.
1. Completely powerless to enforce globalism in any presently identifiable, publicly confirmable, significantly enforceable form. The worlds govt treasuries will be broke, relative to their legal expenditure requirements. There will be a war in governments for legal authority over scarce treasury resources.
This leads us to number 2, with this rephrasing. Somewhat powerless, but retain a potentially significant amount of their powers, enough to possibly avoid justice, and potentially regain the initiative.
They are not the richest 1^ for nothing. We can assume they own an enforceable majority of the world's assets, and they will be able to use assets to protect assets as the former system crashes and we try frantically to build a constitutional wealth-based economy while mitigating economic crash chaos. As national govt wars result over scarce assets, insiders will seek to protect themselves through the usual tried and tested bribery, and other mercenary means, to protect themselves and their assets. In as much as they are able to influence national governments, they will have the potential to regain global initiative.
In the U.S. we have an advantage. If we can project power from the counties in a significant number of states and regions, we can project power into and from the states, and the Federal government cannot effectively act, even in our present system, without the cooperation of the states.
If they gain the initiative, then we move to questions 3 and 4. If they regain the initiative there will be other possibilities to consider.in question 5. Right now for me, these are the fundamental possibilities. But there are always miracles, and if people begin thinking along a certain line and acting in accordance, it could set off a chain of spontaneous, and organizable events offering other possibilities.

Hi Larry and others, here's just a couple of minor thoughts. Would you ever reconsider the term 1%? (coined during Occupy Wall Street?). I think this term implies the top 1% wealthiest individuals, not every one of which is presumably the enemy of humanity just by virtue of being wealthy. Also, is it 1%, or is it maybe more like 0.01% comprising this cabal of warlocks at the top of the pyramid? I really don't know! Secondly, if we have problems, then we can find solutions. However, if we're in a predicament, then there is no fix. Falling off a cliff is a predicament. You can try and adapt to the situation but there is no remedy to the fact that you're falling off the cliff. It appears that we are being pushed into a war/disease/famine cycle that we must adapt to the best that we can. As you mentioned previously, we're being decimated and X % of the population doesn't even know there is a problem. I don't say this to extinguish optimism, but rather to realistically wrap our heads around the current situation. Am I being too bleak?

Perhaps the enemy has brainwashed some of us into believing that merely thinking about something negative causes it to happen? Perhaps it has succeeded in a clever shell game subconscious manipulation doing that? The inventor invents the airplane and takes risks. But before the airplane is rolled out for more widespread use, people need to make it safer by planning for and ensuring that the worst things do not happen? Did those who saw the iceberg on the Titanic and tried to warn the others cause the ship to sink? I doubt it. If somebody with influence had spoke up like you have maybe the Titanic would have taken more care to avoid icebergs, had enough lifeboats, etc.?
As an engineer, I learned to consider the entire range of possibilities. Work for the best. Work to anticipate and prevent the worst. Plan for the entire range with the most focus on the most likely. Try to move the most likely toward the best. This task we are trying to accomplish is much more urgent, important, and challenging than anything I faced in engineering. I am doing my best to try to translate what I learned to this, but hope you will help out with more suggestions.

Yes, language is tricky. Is it "the elites"? Don't like that term either for some reason. Is it the Rothschilds (who never seem to have a first name, just the last)? The Deep State? At any rate, I don't perceive them as some kind of omnipotent entity that is toying with us on their 4D chess board. For each person or representative group- define what does a brilliant future look like? How does it show up? Eg what would you be thinking feeling seeing and doing?
2. time is non linear and all time states including past present and future occur simultaneously in mathematics. Therefore if point 1 is integrated into individual consciousness, this will resolve as individual positive actions that support both the future and manifest in the now
3. If enough people manifest future oriented actions in the now, it influences the masses perceptions and actions - eg 100 monkeys
4. The past is not objective. It is subjective based on our perception and the lens we use. Past experiences and beliefs help shape the individuals actions in the now. How might we shape a consciousness that is devoid of the guilt and blame that feeds the changes sought by unelected change makers?

Author, The Agency you mention, surprisingly is in their own little oblivious world. They are so compartmentalized. If anyone does read it, it will be over looked because the GS 14 will go home and watch TV at 4:30 pm and forget about it. There are limits to what one can do online. I have now wife, no dependents, am old, health issues, and consider myself expendable. There is nothing they can do to me that is worse than the pain of doing nothing. If online suicide is called for, I think I know how to do it, hopefully after careful strategic analysis and planning.
I can and will not be coerced and framed. But I could be removed and replaced. Therefore, I recommend that you and others continue to be skeptical of all that occurs here and carry on no matter what.
Good note about the diversion the enemy is throwing at us. Why have they delayed their end game? Are they just toying with their kill, torturing it before finishing it off? I have been following these recent events and the building up of them over the last few years since 2016. But my real journey and beginnings of my research and questioning of what is really going on began back in the 70's. Much of what I felt and believed back then is now manifesting. And is quite sickening. But.. . It is what it is and we must look at it, experience it and deal with it. My overall take has not changed, specifically since Trump took office in 2016. That being that the 'system' itself is corrupt and failed and can not be saved...nor should it. Another of the things that has not changed over these last few years has been that it is going to take something more than just we the people to accomplish this. We will need the military. For now...as someone below mentioned, I believe we need to watch how things unfold. They actually are moving in our direction...if you don't pay attention to what the media might want you to think. Can we just totally sit back...of course not. Being aware and awake is of the utmost importance. Knowing what is happening and what time it is...sort of speak. I do not trust the government or any aspect of it at this time, so thinking the NSA or any other government agency is going to wake up and become a so called white hat...I don't see happening. People within these agencies, organizations, corporations, etc. may very well wake up...one at a time...or a few at a time. Which could cause some turmoil with these groups...but that happens naturally through this Great Awakening. We have seen signs as you have said...but not nearly enough. True! But we are still in the process. I myself have said time is short, but patience is a virtue even when it seems there is no time left. We the people ARE coming together as the truth trickles out and people awaken. This actually IS their greatest fear. I have believed for a long time that there IS a plan. And it is working. And it's over our head...at least at this time. If we come to a point where we see even the military has been totally comprimised, we will know what we are to do. That wouldn't be pretty and I sure do not want to go there. But I think they would like to see that. Egg us on sort of speak. Letting them see...that the masses of people all over the world see and know them and their plans, and the fear of what we might do...could be what is needed. Lastly...and probably most important is that we need to allow ourselves to be led by divine guidance. Source, Creator, Universe, God...whatever word you use to point to what that certain something is....that IS within us...must be followed. And to stay intune...centered, awake and aware means staying and being present in this moment....the NOW. We can not let what we see, what we are told, what we think we might know or anything of the future or the past keep us from this moment. Only in the moment you are in right this second...is the only place you can be present and experience....gain access to the Presence within. In truth....this planet and everything we have, see and have made is unreal and will come to pass, even our bodies. They do not want you to...Know thyself! The Presence within. So...my position at this time is....push the Truth out there and speak to people of the truth so we can propel the Great Awakening to millions if not billions of people on this planet. As they awake....and see the truth....and realize the lies that have been told....not just about Covid and the jab...but everything from quite a ways back, will infuriate the people to the point of....well, fill in the blanks! This will be something they can not stop! Thus...they can not stop what is coming! This will happen without any design or plan...it will be natural human reaction...good or bad...it is what it is. So...remain peaceful and lawful and believe and have faith that it will be as it should be...because it will be. Like Trump keeps saying...the best is yet to come. Nothing better than this corruption being exposed and dealt with!

It should be readily apparent that what sits atop the ever-growing list of 'that which is not working' is peaceful resistance. It's an awful prospect for sure, but everyone on the side of Liberty, and everyone on the side of subjugation, know this already.

We should hope that the intelligence agencies of ALL countries are reading everything written here? They may be our best bet. I modulate between many different solutions and today my best guess is that somehow we take the intelligence agencies and they turn the militaries and we win that way. I want to invite you to ponder the organic uprising you discuss. HOW can we optimize it?
Our enemy excels at agile adaptive planning and divide and conquer. Our enemy probably has plans to turn left vs right, jabbed vs unjabbed, religion A vs B, country A vs B, etc. against each other. In simple terms, set up opposition leaders on all sides who follow enemy scripts and fool their followers into things like wars, civil wars, violent actions against fellow humans, etc. My hope is that the organic uprising you discuss will not get fooled again into this kind of thing that only helps our enemy in the end.
Rather, if all sides could be reminded of what they already know. IE. THE REAL ROOT CAUSE ENEMY OF ALL HUMANS, 99%+ OF ALL HUMANS, IS WARREN BUFFTE'S CLASS AND ABOVE, AND ALL THE PUPPETS THEY HAVE INSTALLED INTO POWER POSITIONS WORLD WIDE. This enemy is very small in number. This should be the target of ALL the organic uprisings you discuss. The left need not understand or like the right, and there right need not have anything to do with the left. Rather, both the left and right question their leaders on all fronts, replace the leaders who fail proper scrutiny, and fight the real root cause enemy instead of the secondary or non existent targets the enemy creates for them.

BUT this must be backed by well prepared, courageous ACTION at the local level EVERYWHERE when it intersects with our lives , health, women , children and SURVIVAL. Thanks. We are doing our best. I hope our NSA, 5 Eyes, Russian, Chinese, and other intelligence agency partners are doing their jobs well and reading and understanding all of this. Their capabilities and potential far exceed what I can do. Now that I have squawked I would not be able to sustain such actions, in theory, I am not planning them, just discussing them to try to avoid them? But others who would, horribly, feel compelled to innovate and act along these horrible lines might be able to do some real damage to those wonderful dedicated people who are gifted with the ability to follow orders in ways that those who control the world dictate? We MUST work on only peaceful means and avoid this at all costs.
There are presently 2 militaries in the U.S. The two are interactive at various levels, and this interaction is observable in many agencies in the govt, which rely on objective information from people with security clearances, who may not agree with that agency's political objectives. But some of these people, although pledged to secrecy on many levels can openly speak out on preparing for the eventual slave system, though they may use other terms. John Hollerman is an example.
The two militaries are active military and vets. Many inactive vets, still hold security clearances at different levels, and publicly honor them. Some vets and active military still hold out hope that the system will come to its senses. But a majority of vets, inherently now mistrust the system and significant numbers of them work with active vets to defend the Constitution, by any means workable in any moment or long range. that has a reasonable probability for success. So we have an audience for your military strategy, which offers the potential for forming a plan. A working group, both monitored by the NSA, and alluding monitoring as well. It's a tight game in there. If you or this forum can form meaningful connection(s) to elements of the Constitution-minded military active and inactive forces, your plan will gain traction. You will also gain additional NSA-style scrutiny as a matter of course. My guess or question is if the constitutional military is encouraged to act on your plan which poses dangers, but solves more survival problems more painlessly, our problem,, or the question becomes if they do act, will we have the security clearance to know? So to speak. We will most likely find it in the body language of events, not in direct confirmation, on the usual system-controlled platforms. It will be difficult to coordinate. So. What's a mother to do?
The idea you present is essential to our best position in an economic reset. The NSA, you me, and the kid next door listening in now know that any military alignment outside of system objectives is a danger to the system. We must then use our inherent strengths, against their weaknesses in nature to our advantage in this situation.
We have a great unified strength on our side with what can best be termed a dedication to Constitutional order. This is a natural strength that works against their weakness because most of their operatives, politicians, and those who fund them in positions of significance, have pledged an oath to the constitution. All politician and the banking interests that fund them, tie their public political policies on some level to the governing of constitutional rights. If they make the mistake of disavowing the constitution too soon, it will interfere with their overall public narrative. It risks triggering premature dissent, when what they want while they complete the economic crash is compliance and majority trust in the system, to avoid resistance before and during the collapse and subsequent institution of the formal conditions of slavery in the new technocratic caste system of environmental justice, rights, and privileges.
So strategically, the constitution is a safe word for public discourse on military matters on available platforms. It can favor our side, commensurate with the public understanding of it. It is a battleground word. It is actively searched by NSA.
Our inability to strategize directly with constitutional military forces as we define them energizes our
inherent ability to improvise, because of the strong inherent natural law alignment, which is the foundation for the constitution. Our enemy in observable ways seeks to control or replace the natural order of things, believing their power to disrupt temporarily. equates with eternal power. This is the nature of their weakness and the foundation of our strength. Our more natural alignment with the primary forces in nature in the universe, allows us to innovate our objectives individually more naturally and instinctually, while also acting in concert. We do not need a script as much as they do to be effective. If we can't communicate clearly together on other than known available platforms it introduces a factor of the Unknown, or God into their plan. This is our second core advantage. they fear God, we do not. We explore God and discover the truth. We can operate outside of system-controlled communication by analyzing our primary objective of constitutional order, to decide what we need to do, to help those in the constitutional military in other ways as well as safe public discourse.
Our first common objective is to generate the capacity to receive from the unknown, our instructions, based on our level of understanding of constitutional order How can we aid each other beyond public communication on a coordinated strategy, and build our capacity to defend the constitution? We must find a strategy. My strategy is to optimize the alignment of the people, who believe in the constitution with each other to build a foundation for tactics to align with the constitutional military and increase our capacity to act. We need a tactical issue or issues that expose, and engender natural, instinctual disloyalty to the system, exposing constitutional criminality. This is a nonviolent tactic to increase capacity. My tactic is to stop the central banks, which then causes all existing institutionalized problems like vote fraud, covid, Ukraine, etc, to cease. But the issue we are looking for is the one that best helps the constitutional military forces achieve their strategy and mitigate tactics.
If not a primary strategy, a significant element in their strategy would seem to be to integrate as quickly with the population, under constitutional order in an emergency. This allows more resources to be used in enforcing borders and gathering information from government files useful to civilian constitutional governments to establish order in States and localities. It mitigates the need to devote resources to the enforcement of martial law, which could pose distrust for constitutional defenders during an emergency and the need to seize strategic objectives by tactical force.
Active military loyalty to the constitution is a consideration. The military is paid and expenditures are funded in Federal Reserve Petrodollars, tied to our oil defense treaty with OPEC, which underpins the US dollar as the world's currency. A primary objective of the U.S., military high command is to protect the US dollar as the world's currency, or a currency recognized as the world's currency by US and OPEC treaty signers and global supporters, and defend the political interests of those who own and issue the dollar. Active military, not specifically loyal to the constitution, will be loyal, knowingly or unknowingly by treaty, to any iteration of the Petrodollar, they will trust the investment interests that issue it, to pay them to fight.
The degree to which those in and out of the active military understand the nature of this active military loyalty issue, the better our chances of successful alignment. I think.
Your concept is essential because, just as economic collapse is inevitable, military intervention is inevitable after a collapse. Whether the military can be effective in defending the constitutional order to the degree necessary to rise up against established order publicly and defend against foreign investment influence, and undermine the crash, requires us to provide a constitutional publicly trusted force for them to align and constitutionalize with before the crash. I hope your idea is a catalyst. The military is an essential element in all of this.

Just a quick reply as I will give this all more thought and come back. But, I agree with one of the below posts about the banks. Although, I don't believe we need to do anythingb there. They are going to collapse on their own. They have printed themselves into the collapse and now they are gaslighting us that the nation's banks are secure. They are not! There is no way we could keep printing money, backed by absolutely nothing, and think we remain financially sound. Other nations are doing away with the dollar and joining forces. I think they have had enough of what the West has been doing. Ukraine is probably the biggest money laundering operation the globalists have...it was weakened with the FTX Scandal and now we have banks...woke bank's, which is what has been pushed since Obama stepped in. It is a failed and corrupt mindset and was never going succeed in this country. It's also part of their color revolution that they have brought home to use against the US citizen. So while this is occurring, people continue to awaken from their deep sleep, and as they do and see, realize, and understand the Truth and what is and has been going on; I think the social order will take on a new face. If those groups don't get their money....they won't act. This is all organic....nobody does anything to get this to occur because it's just the culmination of the events playing out. Even those that seem totally possessed, totally indoctrinated can still awaken. It may tale something very traumatic in their lives to slap them out of theirn slumber, but it can still happen and does everyday! This is a war...probably more spiritual than physical. After boiling down this entire post down to the actual proposed solution, it becomes this:

Let's break that down more.
1. What laws were broken?
2. What courts do the trials occur in?
3. What if the judges are part of the 1%?
4. What if the juries are rigged?
5. What if the judge dismisses the cases?
6. What if the laws are written so poorly that it is unclear the that crimes were committed?
7. What if the legislatures refuse to fix the laws?
8. What if the legislatures change the laws, but the corrupt Governor vetoes it?
9. Since many elections are rigged, and the courts are rigged, why would going to a trial change anything?
10. How do we determine who to trust/who is the 1% benefiting ?
11. What if some were setup, used as patsies ?
12. Under what authority would they make an arrest?
It seems, if we can answer these questions it starts to look a lot like what our justice system is theoretically supposed to be:
1. Make Arrests, and/or
2. Go to Court
plus... there is no more authority in someone in the military to arrest or bring someone to court for crimes, as there is any other victim in society... so, we all can start trying... and some are...
The solution just boils down to using arrests and courts to get Justice.... despite our mostly broken justice system. there are a lot of questions on how to do that... but if we get off track from "arrests or courts"... then everything else seems to be a distraction
Obeying the Supreme Laws of the Lands seems to be the best option for us right now to get things turned around.
