The enemy is adept at destroying things like this. If this attempt of ours is at all successful the enemy's trolls, entrappers, instigators, divide and conquer experts, etc. will show up here and do what they excel at. I recall how the enemy handled Occupy Wall Street (OWS, not the later Trump OWS). At first the enemy infiltrated OWS, studied OWS, got most of its media to ignore OWS for as long as possible, etc. Then, when OWS grew, and OWS started camping on the opulent estates of the 1%, the enemy used violence to shut OWS down and went after what can loosely be called OWS's leaders (OWS claimed to be leaderless but that is debatable). We can expect similar things here. Maybe it is already happening. We really don't know each other, but, let's please work on that too. The enemy knows who everybody is, it is extremely easy for it to cross reference any user here back to all of the associated information, a simple SQL Inner Join Query in the NSA or other databases gives the enemy more than anybody would be comfortable with. The Oliver Stone movie showed that the enemy could do that many years ago. It took the enemy 5 seconds then and now it might be even more sophisticated and easier, if you are carrying a cell phone it will know where you are, and everything you have done on that phone for any time it wishes. Maybe I shouldn't call it the enemy. Really, the 1% that have dictatorial control over all the institutions of the world are, in my estimation, the root cause enemy. The others are just following orders. The Nazis followed orders too.
Seems harder to b violent on a substack. And, words reveal their intent to those of us with out BS protectors tuned up. Looks like a go to me.
Suggestions? Given the human attention span, efficiency is important. But never, of course, at the expense of effectiveness.
I like the fact that you are experienced in the kind of protocol required for effective communication, safe brainstorming and graded idea analysis followed by mutually-accepted means of decision-making.
This is far more than “prepping but for the mind”. Solutions must be found, to several key questions which focus discussion. Fewer questions as possible.
Second suggestion is keeping the questions few.

This is great. We are in the brainstorming stage. Any and all ideas should be explored, discussed, critiqued, thanking all involved, without ego. Very few will do this. It is up to those few who will attempt it. Sorry, I made some edits to my previous reply, as I am making it to not only you, but who ever decides to read this. In some ways this preliminary brainstorming setup phase might be the most important but, if this is handled properly, we should be able to learn from things, adapt, and improve. How do we do this? A previous respected, moral, and intelligent colleague in solution seeking, who I understand now wants nothing to do with me, often used to remind us "the devil is in the details". Many these days do not like details. If they still want to participate, maybe invite them to form their own sub group(s) we can support, and cross share?
The comments are probably the most important part of this, especially at this stage?

I am not a writer, I would have preferred somebody else facilitate this, but the continued escalation of this class war against humanity and all life on the planet left me with no choice.
