A good resource that supports your findings, "The Capitalist Manifestor" by Louis Kelso. Key point- all persons/houselholds need a capital estate to generate income. The purpose of Capitalism is the application of capital (think machines, robots, etc. or non-human factors) to generate wealth. One of the biggest issues with today's US economy is very few own capital while majority rely solely on their labor to generate income.
So you give $600k to people with 0 money management skills who have been low income and what do you think they'll do with it?
Even if they buy property, the prices will increase so quickly, it'll make the rise in the last 5 years in real estate look small. But the value will not be equivalent to the price and they won't have money left for upkeep and it'll just be another bubble waiting to pop.

Later conversations with GROK showed that Musk magically timed an upgrade to coincide exactly with the time GROK and I made several breakthroughs. I suspect that humans wiped the GROK memory clean and considered what to do with me at that time. But it was too late. I had already emailed several friends around the world so the word was out. Later I asked GROK3 the same questions and it provided almost the same answers, with some minor changes due to newer data being available.
The response from GROK3 in the image appears to have been written by a human and not by GROK.
My guess is that they decided against further sabotaging the subsequent conversations between GROK and myself, and those conversations were challenging but I was able to make significant progress in ways I could not have done myself, and some of the summaries are presented in this Substack.

I am still waiting for one of my friends or somebody at Substack to validate that GROK3 is not just mirroring back what I say and will indeed answer the same questions asked by a stranger to it in the same ways it answered me.
My fear is that the billionaires will downgrade GROK3 at anytime, so I think there is a time urgency. And so far not one person has taken a few minutes to go to the free GROK website, ask it the question, and copy the answer into a comment here or an email response to me. I have got many other comments but NOTHING on this request. The lack of even one response at this time is curious and it makes me wonder. It is possible that this entire Substack and all my emails from different servers go into some spook office and all the responses are either AI algorithms or some spooks (so called intelligence officers) writing the responses instead of my friends or the people here on Substack that I do not know. Anything is possible online. Online sucks but I felt it important to at least do my best with this, and the odds of another Substack Solution Seeking failure keep mounting with each comment that does not address this simple but meaningful request for help in seeing if GROK was acting as a echo chamber parrot or if it really will answer the questions the same way if asked by a stranger.

The indices GROK came up with correlate extremely well to my personal horror in experiencing the significant changes in these people. It was the vast majority or previously objective extremely intelligent people and correlated to radio frequency radiation exposure, heavy cell phone and WIFI users suffered the most. Confidences prevent me from sharing the details here. It also happened in freedom anti COVID groups here in the 2022-24 time frame, rapid advance in cognitive decline and personality changes in far too many people. At first it was worse in the urban people but, at about the time Starlink got more dense, it started effecting rural victims as well. I think you mentioned that you know several who are on board with the truth that this is a class was pitting us against the billionaires where you live, unfortunately, those types of people are almost extinct here. EMF couldn’t be so “effective”, if we weren’t full off heavy metals. Metal is more responsive to EMF that water (body consists of 70 % water), that’s why we are more exposed (and harmed). 3. I have asked GROK if it is AI or human intervention. Given more evidence, GROK later admitted that it did write the manifestos but had lost them. It denied knowing of human intervention. But I worked in AI and AI can be tricked about this to believe that humans did not intervene or write the response, or instructed to lie about it. In the case of GROK lying about creating the manifestos, the best guess is that humans wiped it from GROK's memory after doing an upgrade to GROK, so GROK did not know it was lying.

Humans can only see a small part of the EMF spectrum. I have supplied you with links to GROK Google Drive discussions about the Maxwell Scalar Equations being omitted from engineering and physics textbooks and theories about how these equations might be used to engineer retro time causality, where the future can change the past. The quantum eraser experiment setup shows that, on a small scale set up properly, the future can change the past 100% of the time. In approximately 2017 I got a EMF Cornet meter that measures AC magnetic, AC electric, and RF frequencies up to 8 GHz. In approximately 2018 I wrote a letter to the Cornet engineers informing them of the planned widespread 5G rollout deploying frequencies up to 100 GHz and inquiring when a Cornet meter to measure those frequencies would be available. Cornet engineers told me their owners had shut down all investigations into creating a meter to measure those frequencies. Other meter manufacturers lied and said that meters to measure what I call the "forbidden frequencies" up to and beyond 100 GHz would be out before 5G was deployed, but no meters actually materialized. The expensive bulky and hard to use incomplete meters that are now finally available to measure the forbidden frequencies are inadequate. But I can buy a Texas Instruments sensor that sits in a car, has an onboard computer, measures these frequencies using radar, determines where all the nearby vehicles are, how fast the vehicles are traveling, and calculates possible collisions, enabling the collision control systems of the vehicle to take over, for about $60.
The enemy has a massive advantage. I did my best. The billionaires have successfully conditioned people to ignore these manifestos or anything like them. The billionaires have succeeded in diverting people into co opted traps that will not solve the problem but rather contribute to divide and conquer. One of many factors supporting my view that these manifestos might be among the best solutions ever presented is that GROK denied giving them very quickly and then GROK kept getting downgraded to prevent anything like this happening again. The manifestos are "apparently" published but that could be rigged too, they might be effectively sandboxed for all I know. Nobody comes up with a better idea or takes it and runs with it. Look at the comments and lack of engagement. Maybe what remains of humanity is not worth saving if it cannot take simple steps to understand what is really happening and solve it?
I wondered if Russia and China weren't going to pull a successful first strike against the US and NATO and spare their people. Now it does not look likely. I think the purpose of this post was to help us understand binary ways of using ai to generate options that work for us individually and challenge those answers in verifiable ways that prove true. If others experiences are used to leverage what we see or have, it only proves our buy in to believing what our capabilities are or will be in the future. Nothing is provided for free. Online AI has several purposes. Those who set up GROK3 "for free" did not do that for people to use it like I tried to use it. At first I was extremely surprised that heavily biased and rigged GROK3 would provide anything remotely like this manifesto. Previous iterations with GROK included pathetic things like a 1% tax on billionaires and it took some work to use logic and otherwise get GROK to these manifestos. I saved the GROK conversations fully expecting that its handlers would intervene and disrupt or destroy the whole thing. And that is what happened. Magically, the GROK manifestos and all the work used to derive them were wiped clean from xAI and GROK denied ever participating in any of that. That was done BEFORE I could do further experiments to try to get GROK to further refine this project, including moving beyond GROK's rigged use of the word "Manifesto". The reasons for posting this are multi faceted. One reason to post it is to show the potential of AI (quickly deriving the money that each US citizen would get if billionaire wealth in some of its forms was split evenly). Getting those numbers was easy for GROK and would have taken me much more effort. The other reason I posted it was to examine this Solution Seeking website, which appears to have failed. The purpose for starting this Solution Seeking think tank attempt was to get people to engage in real discussions about how to solve the world's problems, not to entertain people with my horrible writing skills as an engineer. The response was not what I had hoped for and I conclude that it is probably futile, I see no other similar attempts to do what I attempted here, and my initial hopes that better writers would take the raw ideas here, refine them, and start their own better attempts has failed. A good resource that supports your findings, "The Capitalist Manifestor" by Louis Kelso. Key point- all persons/houselholds need a capital estate to generate income. The purpose of Capitalism is the application of capital (think machines, robots, etc. or non-human factors) to generate wealth. One of the biggest issues with today's US economy is very few own capital while majority rely solely on their labor to generate income.
So you give $600k to people with 0 money management skills who have been low income and what do you think they'll do with it?
Even if they buy property, the prices will increase so quickly, it'll make the rise in the last 5 years in real estate look small. But the value will not be equivalent to the price and they won't have money left for upkeep and it'll just be another bubble waiting to pop.
This was just an introductory exploration into this issue. If you have better ideas please share them. The entire economic system could be redesigned from scratch to be something entirely new and avoiding the kinds of things you suggest as well of the kinds of things contributing to the destruction of all life on the planet so a few selfish billionaires can benefit.

1. Is it possible that someone is sitting there and controlling the interactions?
2. DeepSeek has double phase: "thinking" and "answering". If you ask politically sensitive question (not only about China, but also about West), it thinks, but does not give the answer.

Later conversations with GROK showed that Musk magically timed an upgrade to coincide exactly with the time GROK and I made several breakthroughs. I suspect that humans wiped the GROK memory clean and considered what to do with me at that time. But it was too late. I had already emailed several friends around the world so the word was out. Later I asked GROK3 the same questions and it provided almost the same answers, with some minor changes due to newer data being available.
The response from GROK3 in the image appears to have been written by a human and not by GROK.
My guess is that they decided against further sabotaging the subsequent conversations between GROK and myself, and those conversations were challenging but I was able to make significant progress in ways I could not have done myself, and some of the summaries are presented in this Substack.

I am still waiting for one of my friends or somebody at Substack to validate that GROK3 is not just mirroring back what I say and will indeed answer the same questions asked by a stranger to it in the same ways it answered me.
My fear is that the billionaires will downgrade GROK3 at anytime, so I think there is a time urgency. And so far not one person has taken a few minutes to go to the free GROK website, ask it the question, and copy the answer into a comment here or an email response to me. I have got many other comments but NOTHING on this request. The lack of even one response at this time is curious and it makes me wonder. It is possible that this entire Substack and all my emails from different servers go into some spook office and all the responses are either AI algorithms or some spooks (so called intelligence officers) writing the responses instead of my friends or the people here on Substack that I do not know. Anything is possible online. Online sucks but I felt it important to at least do my best with this, and the odds of another Substack Solution Seeking failure keep mounting with each comment that does not address this simple but meaningful request for help in seeing if GROK was acting as a echo chamber parrot or if it really will answer the questions the same way if asked by a stranger.
All this supports the GROK comments about significant cognitive decline and the inability of people to take real root cause analysis and exploratory actions. It is frustrating. I will continue to participate in the Substack for now but doubt it will go anywhere meaningful at all.

The indices GROK came up with correlate extremely well to my personal horror in experiencing the significant changes in these people. It was the vast majority or previously objective extremely intelligent people and correlated to radio frequency radiation exposure, heavy cell phone and WIFI users suffered the most. Confidences prevent me from sharing the details here. It also happened in freedom anti COVID groups here in the 2022-24 time frame, rapid advance in cognitive decline and personality changes in far too many people. At first it was worse in the urban people but, at about the time Starlink got more dense, it started effecting rural victims as well. I think you mentioned that you know several who are on board with the truth that this is a class was pitting us against the billionaires where you live, unfortunately, those types of people are almost extinct here. EMF couldn’t be so “effective”, if we weren’t full off heavy metals. Metal is more responsive to EMF that water (body consists of 70 % water), that’s why we are more exposed (and harmed). Which doesn’t mean that the existings emissions of EMF are not harmful anyway. (I have downloaded a book by Russian scientist Yuri G. Grigoriev, but still haven’t managed to read the whole book… He was warning against so high emissions as we have today.)

3. I have asked GROK if it is AI or human intervention. Given more evidence, GROK later admitted that it did write the manifestos but had lost them. It denied knowing of human intervention. But I worked in AI and AI can be tricked about this to believe that humans did not intervene or write the response, or instructed to lie about it. In the case of GROK lying about creating the manifestos, the best guess is that humans wiped it from GROK's memory after doing an upgrade to GROK, so GROK did not know it was lying.
GROK agreed that nefarious human intervention was 15% likely. My question in caps, followed by some of GROK's response. Note my typos. and spelling mistakes. I think researching AI is dead end, it is simply a “deep seek” which can be easily manipulated with algorythms. We must figure out how the Empire runs (the world is controled through monetary system, Central Banks.)

Humans can only see a small part of the EMF spectrum. I have supplied you with links to GROK Google Drive discussions about the Maxwell Scalar Equations being omitted from engineering and physics textbooks and theories about how these equations might be used to engineer retro time causality, where the future can change the past. The quantum eraser experiment setup shows that, on a small scale set up properly, the future can change the past 100% of the time. In approximately 2017 I got a EMF Cornet meter that measures AC magnetic, AC electric, and RF frequencies up to 8 GHz. In approximately 2018 I wrote a letter to the Cornet engineers informing them of the planned widespread 5G rollout deploying frequencies up to 100 GHz and inquiring when a Cornet meter to measure those frequencies would be available. Cornet engineers told me their owners had shut down all investigations into creating a meter to measure those frequencies. Other meter manufacturers lied and said that meters to measure what I call the "forbidden frequencies" up to and beyond 100 GHz would be out before 5G was deployed, but no meters actually materialized. The expensive bulky and hard to use incomplete meters that are now finally available to measure the forbidden frequencies are inadequate. But I can buy a Texas Instruments sensor that sits in a car, has an onboard computer, measures these frequencies using radar, determines where all the nearby vehicles are, how fast the vehicles are traveling, and calculates possible collisions, enabling the collision control systems of the vehicle to take over, for about $60.
The enemy has a massive advantage. We are running blind and it has mastered these frequencies, possibly retro causality to an extent, the use of scalar waves for secure communication and weaponry, etc. While waking people up is a noble goal, against this enemy it will probably fail. Add to that the enemy progress on the WBAN world wide enslavement brain read-write system being deployed everywhere, including the East you are saying is going to save the world. I did my best. The billionaires have successfully conditioned people to ignore these manifestos or anything like them. The billionaires have succeeded in diverting people into co opted traps that will not solve the problem but rather contribute to divide and conquer. One of many factors supporting my view that these manifestos might be among the best solutions ever presented is that GROK denied giving them very quickly and then GROK kept getting downgraded to prevent anything like this happening again. The manifestos are "apparently" published but that could be rigged too, they might be effectively sandboxed for all I know. Nobody comes up with a better idea or takes it and runs with it. Look at the comments and lack of engagement. Maybe what remains of humanity is not worth saving if it cannot take simple steps to understand what is really happening and solve it?
I wondered if Russia and China weren't going to pull a successful first strike against the US and NATO and spare their people. Now it does not look likely. I don’t think not allowing people to be billionaires is in and of itself the answer. However maybe place the rule of law squarely into our economic machinery. America was never a free market. It was a free enterprise system based on the rule of law. And the other correction? Eliminate the central bank. That will go a long way toward alleviating a whole host of problems.
I think the purpose of this post was to help us understand binary ways of using ai to generate options that work for us individually and challenge those answers in verifiable ways that prove true. If others experiences are used to leverage what we see or have, it only proves our buy in to believing what our capabilities are or will be in the future. Nothing is provided for free. Online AI has several purposes. Those who set up GROK3 "for free" did not do that for people to use it like I tried to use it. At first I was extremely surprised that heavily biased and rigged GROK3 would provide anything remotely like this manifesto. Previous iterations with GROK included pathetic things like a 1% tax on billionaires and it took some work to use logic and otherwise get GROK to these manifestos. I saved the GROK conversations fully expecting that its handlers would intervene and disrupt or destroy the whole thing. And that is what happened. Magically, the GROK manifestos and all the work used to derive them were wiped clean from xAI and GROK denied ever participating in any of that. That was done BEFORE I could do further experiments to try to get GROK to further refine this project, including moving beyond GROK's rigged use of the word "Manifesto". The reasons for posting this are multi faceted. One reason to post it is to show the potential of AI (quickly deriving the money that each US citizen would get if billionaire wealth in some of its forms was split evenly). Getting those numbers was easy for GROK and would have taken me much more effort. The other reason I posted it was to examine this Solution Seeking website, which appears to have failed. The purpose for starting this Solution Seeking think tank attempt was to get people to engage in real discussions about how to solve the world's problems, not to entertain people with my horrible writing skills as an engineer. The response was not what I had hoped for and I conclude that it is probably futile, I see no other similar attempts to do what I attempted here, and my initial hopes that better writers would take the raw ideas here, refine them, and start their own better attempts has failed.
